Where Will I Collect My Campervan?
We are based just a short, 5-minute drive off Junction 26 of the M5. We will send you full directions to our premises in Somerset about a week before your camping trip.
Will You Be Able To Suggest Places For Us To Visit?
Britain is brimming with a huge variety of attractions. We will be able to provide some information on request. However, we all have different requirements and suggest you do some homework before you leave for your break away.
Where Can I Leave My Car While I Am On Holiday?
You will be able to leave your car at our premises while you are away. It will be parked in a secure location and monitored regularly by our team. There is no charge for this, but, we cannot be held responsible for your vehicle whilst you are away.
What Precautions Are You Taking To Keep My Family Safe During The Coronavirus Situation?
We take our customers and our safety extremely seriously. So, we take the following steps between each hire.
1) Your camper will be thoroughly deep cleaned and sanitised throughout.
2) EVERY touchable surface will be cleansed with Antiviral cleaner.
3) All cooking equipment, crockery, cutlery etc will be cleaned and washed in a dishwasher where possible.
4) The water tank will be treated with sterilising solution.
5) All internal and external workings of your camper will be thoroughly checked.
6) All social distancing practices and safety measures will be put into place when you visit our premises.
Do Your Campervans Have WiFi?
Our campervans do not have WiFi because nowadays most mobile tariffs include mobile data.
The majority of campsites do have a free internet connection and from our experience it is usually very reliable.
We have chosen the very best vehicles, including the new VW T6 transporter which are known for their reliability and safety features.
However, in the unlikely event of a breakdown, we have included a breakdown cover on your campervan. You will find the breakdown information in the hire pack of your camper.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss of your holiday accommodation or any other losses so we suggest you take out the relevant travel/holiday insurance cover.
Will The Campervan Be Insured?
Yes. Our hire rates cover 1 driver for fully comprehensive insurance. A second driver can be added for an extra charge.
We are sure you understand that hire insurance cover comes with terms and conditions set out by the insurance company and we have to abide by their rules and restrictions. Please see our terms and conditions for more detailed information.
